FITNESS CLASSES
Body Design offers a variety of classes designed to complement your regular fitness routine. Each class is taught by highly qualified and educated instructors.
Classes are often cardio-focused, incorporating free weights, or Pilates- focused, using low impact exercise.
All fitness classes are purposely kept small (5-10 people) and range from $20 - $35. Call now for a list of classes and times.
