Cardio Barre is a fun, high-energy class. It fuses legendary fitness techniques from Pilates, Dance, Calisthenics, and Yoga. You will streamline, firm, tighten and tone your entire body without adding bulk. Creating balance, posture, body awareness, flexibility, and cardiovascular endurance. Upbeat tunes and moves will get you sweating and groovin’!
This class takes place on our beautiful dance floor which is laid with maple wood and showered in natural light.
