Classic Training

This class is meant to resemble a "Personal Training” experience but in a group class setting. This is a great class to get access to the studio’s weight and cardio room!

 Expect to use a variety of the gym's resources. This might include free weights, cardio equipment, bands, balls, and more.

TRX

TRX stands for: Total Body Resistance Exercise

In this class you will use the TRX straps. This suspension system allows you work with your body weight, to achieve a dynamic workout, without stressing the joints.

This class may incorporate cardio and other accessories like: weights, bands, and balls to boost your workout.

Cardio Workout

This cardio and free weights aerobics class will have you sweating, feeling toned, and energized.

Asset Management

This is a challenging lower body workout that targets your glutes, legs, and core. You can expect your “assets” to burn within a matter minutes in this up-beat aerobics class!

Booty Blast

Get lean legs and a round peach with this booty blast class! We will be using weights, resistant bands as well as working out some upper body to build that hourglass figure to complete the workout!

Greatest Workout Over 50

The name speaks for itself. This cardio and free-weights class is for the ladies, 50+ who are ready to sweat and transform their bodies! Please wear tennis shoes.
