Pilates Classes

Body Design was the second Pilates studio in Newport Beach, Ca. Today we continue to still implement traditional Pilates methods with a modern twist.

Our Pilates classes will take you through a series of movements that lengthen your muscles, boost your strength, build your core, and improve your posture. All of our Balanced Body Studio Reformers are now converted with the Konnector® system. Some classes may incorporate cardio, free weights, jump board, balls, and resistance bands to increase the overall difficulty. Basic Reformer Pilates

This Pilates class is gentle yet challenging. Perfect for all levels and ages. There will be emphasis on key principles like: control, concentration, precision, and breathing. This is a great class if you are looking for a gradual increase in difficulty.

Reformer Pilates

Our Reformer Pilates class is a level up from our Basic Reformer classes. You can expects to move through different exercises that will challenge you physically and mentally. This class is good for those looking advance and establish a deeper Pilates practice.

Reformer Pilates 2

Reformer Pilates 2 is great for students looking for a challenge! Good for those comfortable on the Reformer equipment and familiar with standard Pilates ques. Some level of athletic or Pilates experience is recommend.
