Stretch classes

Stretch & Strength

Gain strength and flexibility in this combination class. You will tone and sculpt in the first half and then end with a long, relaxing stretch. A creative fusion of Barre, Mat Pilates, and Circuit-Inspired training, exercise sets are designed to challenge students each week. We incorporate a variety of equipment including bands, free weights, ankle weights, TRX, and sliders. The best time for deep stretching is when muscles are warm, so come feel the burn and then stretch it out!

Stretch & Restore

Alleviate tightness and soreness as you care for your muscles and joints. This Class incorporates gentle movement series to mobilize and warm up the body. Students will also utilize foam rolling to soften connective tissue before performing a luxurious full-body stretch. Class ends with deep relaxation in restorative postures. Stretch & Restore is a reset for the body and mind as you prepare for the coming week.
